EULA - End User License Agreement

License for use and distribution

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AG Depsys Software, please read it carefully. This EULA covers all existing versions of Mass File Editor software from now on referred below as "software" unless otherwise specified.

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.

You may evaluate this software with the several options turned off.
When you purchase the software, the "serial number" is being issued to you. This "serial number" can only be used by the individual (or entity) purchased it and should not be shared with the other individuals (parties). Any distribution of the "serial number" shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this EULA.

The single "serial number" represents a right to install, copy, access, display, run or otherwise use the software for a single user. You need not to reactivate the software if you modify your computer hardware. Authors reserves the right to implement the technological measures in the software to prevent its unlicensed or illegal use.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this EULA.

THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOFTWARE AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove this files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

The terms of this license, as well as the interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of the software.

The software may come packaged with additional products or third-party products. Please review the licensing terms of those individual products.

Unless explicitly stated above, authors does not grant permission to distribute the software for profit in any form, including but not limited to, electronic information service distribution, bulletin board distribution, and magnetic or optical medium distribution. Non-profit distribution of the software is additionally restricted in the same manner.

We adhere to strict privacy guidelines and do NOT collect personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily provided.

All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by authors. All copyrights to this software are exclusively owned by the authors.
